Anime-Stylized Action (TGS 2024)
Senior Unreal Engine Developer on an anime-stylized action title that hit the Tokyo Game Show 2024 floor and released on Steam. Owned ten gameplay systems, locked the TGS demo at 60 FPS on mid-range PC hardware, cut frame-time hitches by 98%, and reduced level-transition load times by 40%.
TRESemmé TRESverse
Co-engineered the TRESemmé TRESverse, the first beauty-industry metaverse experience in Pakistan, on UE 5.0. Browser-based pixel streaming via Eagle 3D Streaming on AWS. Launched November 10, 2022 to coverage in BeautyMatter, IGN Pakistan, Happi, Retail Tech Innovation Hub, and parlayme.
Exarta Metaverse (Valayt)
Built the multiplayer replication foundations for Valayt, Exarta's metaverse city, during the first engagement. Came back at Senior level to scale concurrent player capacity from 10 to 40 by fixing replication topology, switching to server-authoritative validation against an AWS GameLift dedicated server fleet, and tightening scene density to hold 60fps.
NVIDIA AI Assistant
Real-time AI sales assistant in an AR retail tech demo on UE 5.3. Llama 2, NVIDIA Riva, and NVIDIA Audio2Face streamed over WebSocket and Live Link. Under-2-second conversational latency, built before NVIDIA's official ACE plugin shipped.
Exarta UEFN Portfolio
Six concurrent titles built in UEFN as Lead UEFN Developer for Exarta. Enigmara, the flagship Domination game, pulled around 100 DAU steady state and 200 at peak, and ran a PKR 100,000 tournament in October 2023. Five additional titles followed across a seasonal release cadence into early 2024.
Character Creator System
Runtime character configurator for the Exarta Metaverse. 18 customization categories, 22 morph sliders driving 34 hand-authored blendshapes, three custom shaders, and modular subsystems future Exarta titles could inherit.
Samurai Saga
Contract multiplayer combat work on Samurai Saga (UE 5.3), an Ethereum NFT play-to-earn title with Cyborg Samurai, Kaiju Monsters, and Onna-Bugeisha character classes. Public multiplayer trailer shipped October 2023; engineering details remain under NDA.
Xandar
Turn-based combat game with NFT-linked roster management on Solana. Built the MVP solo in three months under contract with ArgonTeq Inc. The round state machine and inheritance-based hero architecture scaled into the post-handoff build that is now live on GameSwift.
Convai NPC Integration
Conversational AI NPC in Unreal driven by the Convai SDK. Built v1 in Dec 2022 (UE 5.1, greybox, generic actions, OVR Lipsync) and overhauled to v2 in Apr 2026 (UE 5.7, art-enthusiast persona, NeuroSync, Knowledge Base, one constrained action). The lesson was that narrowing the domain made the NPC more believable, not less.
